We strive to ensure prompt processing and delivery of all orders. We package and ship all orders received by 2pm EST on business days. We predominately ship using UPS or FEDEX. Domestic shipping typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days, while international orders may take 7 to 14 business days to reach their destinations. We take pride in our commitment to providing efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.

Modern clothes were produced in the last 15 years, and vintage clothes were produced prior to 2009. All of our clothing is high quality, unique, and graded for the best quality control.

Unless otherwise specified, our secondhand mixes typically consist of clothing in the following conditions:

- Approximately 85% Grade A (minimal to no major holes or stains)
- Approximately 15% Grade B (very minor stains, holes, or rips)

While we endeavor to provide the highest quality possible, it's important to note that these items are pre-owned and may exhibit minor signs of wear and tear, adding to their unique character.

Here is a breakdown of our grading system.

Grade A: Items are considered near perfect condition and may include washable or hardly noticeable stains. We do not launder any of our clothing and do our best to donate any items we deem unsalable.

Grade B: Items include fashionably distressed, small holes, and stains that may or may not come out in the wash. You may find some items with cracked graphics, pilling and
normal wear and tear since many of these items are over 15+ years old.

Grade C: Items may include larger holes, stains, cracked or worn away graphics. This grade is mainly to salvage for up-working or recycling clothing into new pieces.

All sales are final. (No Exceptions) See our return policy. All items are sold "As is." No refunds or exchanges are permitted. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping please contact us within 72 hours of receipt so we can submit a claim and resolve the issue. We don't accept returns/exchanges due to dissatisfaction with styles or fit. If we make a mistake, contact us with photos, and we'll fix it. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee; unauthorized returns also incur a 10% restocking fee as well.

In eIort to keep prices as low as possible we do not launder our garments before shipping.
